The anatomically contoured foam bases are designed to provide increased surface contact, enhancing pressure distribution and minimising skin breakdown. The philosophy behind providing the client with a stable foam base of support is to facilitate trunk and extremity function.

The Jay care cushion is designed to promote optimal postural support for the client with a fixed posterior pelvic tilt (sacral sitter) who uses sling upholstery. The integrated JayFlow fluid pad provides pressure and shear reduction for the client who is at moderate risk of skin breakdown.
