O 1. Silicone Fibre Bed Overlay

• This overlay is made of millions of silicone coated cylindrical hollow cored fibres. These fibres provide excellent pressure relief. The silicone coating acts as a lubricant to eliminate friction and shear forces and also prevents the fibres from absorbing perspiration or urine. The cushion is reversible with one side of cotton polyester for maximum comfort and the other side of waterproof polyurethane. Retention straps on all 4 corners keep the mattress cushion firmly in place. The cushion is washable - simply launder in an institutional system and dry in a commercial dryer.
